A:We provide domestic house cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, holiday let cleaning, office cleaning, school cleaning and other exterior cleaning services like gutter and window cleaning.

Our prices depend on the type of cleaning and what's involved, including location. Each property is different and each client has different requirements and some may like to use our add-on services like oven and window cleaning. There are no hidden fees and we don't tie you in to complicated contracts. The price includes our cleaning chemicals and equipment. The price is made by visiting you to discuss all your requirement, evaluate what needs doing and tailor the service to you. Then once you are happy with the price we can proceed. The price will be agreed on before we start so you will know exactly what your paying before we start. Example estimate: A one bedroom house regular clean could be around £50 or £60 per clean for 2.5 hours cleaning. Example estimate: A one bedroom Holiday let clean could be around £100 or £125 per clean for 2.5 hours cleaning.

A:Upon request we can provide oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning. This can be an add-on service to your regular house cleans or a stand alone service.

A:You can cancel before the work is carried out, 24 hours before we start preferably.

A:Typically cleaning a home can take between 2 and 4 hours but it depends on the size of the property and what needs doing, all is discussed and agreed upon before starting.

A: Yes generally we provide everything needed to start work, this way we know we are using the correct products for the job. If you wish to provide this we can discuss it before we start.

You don't need to be but you can choose to if you want. Some clients prefer to be out while the cleaning is taking place. For holiday rental cleaning we can be key holders to make access when ever needed. Your property will be left safe and secure.
