For our office and school cleaning: Each property is different and each client has different requirements and some may like to use our add-on services like oven and window cleaning. There are no hidden fees and we don't tie you in to complicated contracts. The price includes our cleaning chemicals and equipment. The price is made by visiting you to discuss all your requirement, evaluate what needs doing and tailor the service to you. Then once you are happy with the price we can proceed. The price will be agreed on before we start so you will know exactly what your paying before we start. For gutter and window cleaning: Prices vary between properties, ease of access has some effect on price also. Height of the gutters, amount of guttering installed, size of property and other factors. Everything is taken in consideration to give you the best quote.

A:Upon request we can provide oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning. This can be an add-on service to your regular house cleans or a stand alone service.

A:You can cancel before the work is carried out, 24 hours before we start preferably.

A:Depends on the service. For gutter cleaning the average semi detached property is between 1 and 1.5 hours. For window cleaning it also varies between properties but for an average semi dtached it is around 30 or 40 minutes.

A: Yes for office or school cleaning we generally we provide everything needed to start work, this way we know we are using the correct products for the job. If you wish to provide this we can discuss it before we start.

If we have access to the windows or gutters then we may not always need you to be home but usually it helps as we may need access to mains power for gutter cleaning.
